Tours R Us Bookingitdiscountclub.com Vacation I Was Promised Not Available Internet
My husband received a fax from Tours R Us for a Hawaii vacation for $129 per person with an additional mini vacation with it. I called on November 13, 2014 to ask about the Hawaii vacation. I spoke with a "travel agent" named John Spencer who said that Hawaii at that price was no longer available but I could go for $189 per person and stay at a 4-5 star hotel, such as the Four Seasons, the Aulani Resort or the Hilton which is where they put their customers. I asked how they could do this for so cheap and he told me it was for businesses to send their employees so that the hotel could then get repeat business from them at the regular much more expensive price. Also, I was told that this was an all inclusive vacation which meant food was included. I was also promised flight vouchers for 60% off. After I said what a great deal (know now it was too good to be true) I gave him my credit card information and they took that right away and took $418 from my bank account. He then proceeded to tell me that I would recieve an email confirmation and a list of resorts I could choose from for my Hawaii vacation. Almost a month went by and I called to let them know that I didn't receive my email confirmation and they apologized and sent it to me. When I opened it, Hawaii was on there but not the resorts that I was told. I called and they told me that they would have more resorts available after Jan 1. Well guess, what? They didn't. After more than 4 months of calling and trying to get my vacation booked, they told me today, 4/16/15, that Hawaii was no longer available and that they have other places that I could go. I said I didn't want to go any other place as this was a 10year anniversary trip that my husband and i have been planning. I requested my money back and told them that they were liars and crooks because they gave false advertising for Hawaii and the places that you could get put up in. They refused to give me my money back because they said it was a non-refundable deposit and that I could go to any other resort they had listed. Why would I want to go anywhere else when they are extremely deceptive? How do I know that I would be going to a decent resort? After i told the lady she was a crook and a liar I told her that I would be in contact with a lawyer and she will be giving me my money back!! Hopefully there is a lawyer out there that will take care of this mess and take down these deceptive crooks!!
