Town Computer Rip-off central DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR COMPUTER OR LAPTOP RIP OFF! Mattapan Massachusetts
This place is a joke. I gave them my computer recently to fix, they're super friendly on the telephone, and unbelievably difficult to deal with once they've obtained your computer. Essentially, the lure you in with the $60-80 diagnostic fee. Then, since they already have your computer you feel crippled when they slam a $600 bill. I ended up deciding to NOT fix the computer for that much, wasn't worth that much even and they were very upset.
It took over a month to receive the computer back (at my expense, of course), then the best part -- when I sent them the computer, it still worked, but was slowing down, etc. When they sent it back, it wouldn't even turn on.
A total amateur operation - highly recommend you avoid this place, and go for someplace with a real reputation (Geeksquad at Best Buy, etc)
