9/16/15 I attended a cooking show at a friends home that was done by Randy Bridges.  After watching the show I decided to purchase some of the cookware which included a free portable air purifing system and to do a cook show in my home OCT 7th. I was promised the merchandise would be delivered by Friday 9/18, no later than Monday 9/21.  The merchandise never arrived.

After waiting a week and 1/2 for the order to arrive I texted Mr. Bridges 9/27 @ 7:37 am.  He never replied. 9/28 @ 2:56 pm I texted the same message and let him know this was the 2nd text.  He responded he was out of town, his father in the hospital and wil be back OCT 7th but would check on the order 9/29 and let me know. Never replied after that. 9/30 (now 2 weeks after my order) I contacted my credit card company and asked them to dispute the charges to have them removed.

At this time I also sent Mr Bridges a letter and signed copy of their cancellation notice to cancel my order and the home show I was to do OCT 7th. NO reply. Sunday OCT 4th he left a message on my phone as if nothing was wrong. He was coming back into town, he thought maybe the order fell through the cracks, he has food for 6 couples....on and on. It was late and I didn't get a chance to respond after getting home from a dinner.

Monday OCT 5th Mr Bridges texted me @ 7:55 am and said he found my order, it was on his front doorstep, there was a mislabeling mistake. I immediately sent him a message back explaining I sent him a letter of cancellation for the order and the cook show, which he should have received. Again, in writing I asked him to cancel both the order and show and  that I could no longer trusted what he said and that it was not worth the hassel since he has not been responding. He never replied.

OCT 5th after getting home from work I found the cookware on my doorstep. I sent another message stating I cancelled this order and to come pick up his merchandise.  He refused to pick up stating the cancellation notice was passed the allotted 3 days to cancel.  After looking back at the contract.....I noted the date of sale he put 9 12 (assuming the time) 10/15. For the 3 day cancellation notice (which he never actually told me about) was dated 9/12 (the actual show was on 9/16) and the last day to cancel was 9/16! So basically the 3 day cancellation notice never exsised because he backed dated the actual party to the 12th instead of the 16th.

He did respond back @5:49pm that he was not responsible for the merchandise and it was past the date of cancellation and that the delivery date was actually 9/22.  So apparently he feels this is ample time for the merchandise to arrive. But if he would have not lied and called about the merchandise as he said he would he would have known the address the merchandise was delivered to was NOT my address.

Mr Bridges has lied and misrepresented his company.  He has backed the cancellation notice to where it was not longer valid to use, and he has refused to pick up merchandise that I cancelled. I feel this man is a fraud and people should be aware if you plan on buying anything from him!!
