Complaint Review: Townsend Deputy / Officer Bill Slacker Allen - Townsend Tennessee

-Aaron, thank you for having the courage to do what you did. -We do have a major problem with police corruption and brutality right here in good old Blount County. I hope this will be a catalyst for the good people in this county to stand up against an obviously tyrannical local government and sheriffs office. -Thanks also for letting me preview the videos. You need to make sure that you use the one from the angle of the lower garage. I know it doesn't have any sound but you can always use the video in the eave of the house for audio. I don't know how in the world you thought to aim two cameras in that direction but kudos for you buddy. The infer-red really shows everything. -There is now way that they can carry through with what you have been charged with. I mean the videos are very clear and do not match the police reports that Officer Slacker filled out. Is this guy really that stupid and dumb? He must be if he thinks they're not going to burn his a*s for lying on a police report. there is just no denying that fact after watching the vids. Deputy Slacker, I'm told, is a very dis-honest and dirty cop and always was. You know he's the one who killed that guy on the motorcycle in Rockford. -You were right. It does look like a five year old filled them out. Every other word is mispelled. That's some professionality being exhibited by the Townsend PD. Not only do they not have any concept of local law, they can't even write down a simple report without looking like they should be riding the short bus. -I also heard that Mike Flynn was wanting your videos so as to prosecute Deputy Slacker. Doesn't Deputy Slacker have audio/video? It is afterall required by law in this state for an officer to have that stuff working at all times. If he has no video or audio that will look really bad in court. -I am so happy that you finally have the city of Townsend by the balls. Don't let up. Don't settle. And if Mike Flynn wants your videos, I would not cooperate with his office in any way. You know how terrible and gay they are. Just tell them that if they didn't spend all their time up there cross-jacking, maybe we wouldn't have to deal with such overzealous law enforcement. -for your info - that deal down at the golf course with Nick was completely over this situation. They're going to try and use the situation as leverage. -I'm just so excited for you. You ought to have some extra pocket change as you head out to Colorado this year. Well, if you haven't heard them all night tonight then you are deaf and I've got a CD that I'd like for you to hear. I appreciate all the advice reb, but don't remember this Tim guy in Michigan nor do I remember any argument. That's not to say that it didn't happen but I can assure you that if he had some bogus argument for Tennessee law then yeah, I'm sure he got a good cussin'. The dogs are still barking and are still a nuisance. They started barking between 10:00 and 10:30 PM last night and right now it is 2:24 AM and they are still barking. Yes, that's some law enforcmeent community that we have here in Townsend and Blounct County. If you call to complain they come out and threaten and assault you on videotape. God forbid it if we actually had law enforcement that benefits THE PEOPLE instead of just themselves. I am quickly coming to the conclusion that law enforcement has become the same as labor unions: THEY'VE OUTLIVED THEIR TIME. The police are no longer useful at all except to begin for raises and keep crime thriving in the Townsend community. TIM, I just don't remember you, boss and just don't remember the argument either. Everything that Aaron in Townsend has reported on in his reports has been reported by our local newspaper The Daily Times. Aaron and I live in a community that has been over-run by rich fools from up north like yourself who want to change everything so I'm sure he let you have it pretty good if you guys got in an argument over law. Are you familiar with the laws inside the state of TN, the county of Blount and the city of Townsend? I think not. Aaron is and proved that last year when he caught our chief of police in a lie over a burn ban. Now, I ask you: would you want to stay in a campground in Townsend like many people do every year and not be able to have a campfire because your chief of police doesn't understand the difference between federal land in the GSMNP and property inside the city of Townsend? I think not. That's just pure stupidity. We do have a major problem in BC with corrupt un-educated ignorant government employees running amuck and VIOLATING THE LAWS that were put there to supposedly KEEP US SAFE from that type of corruption. You might appreciate Aaron's battle against the city of Townsend since you're such a proponent of civil rights. The situation that touched this altercation off is also on youtube in the many videos of the nuisance animals that has terrorized the Tuckaleechee Rd community. I am one of those people and I thank Aaron for raising such a stink. I haven't heard any dogs in two days. Now we might be getting back to the "Peaceful Side of the Smokies" and Aaron is the catalyst for that happening. What is it that you did for the Townsend community, Mr Credibility? Really, I think given time, you will realize the WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER whether you're a redneck or some blue bellied yankee from Michigan. You're a troublemaker that thrives on fighting with the police. Half of me loves you, because I make a good portion of my living fighting civil rights cases. But the other half of me thinks that you are just one of those folks who isn't happy unless he has something to complain about. I don't know. We've had it out in the past and had a big ol' argument about the law wherein you called me numerous names while I was trying to state what the ACTUAL law was, as opposed to what you THOUGHT the law should be. In my opinion, you're a beligerent redneck who has no problem violating the law if you disagree with the law but, when someone else steps outside the law and it inconveniences you, you are the first to lodge a complaint. So given the breadth and variety of your complaints, what are we to think of you, my little Smoky Mountain friend? (Oh, and no reason to say "you're not my friend" -I think I just took care of that for you). I spoke with my attorney yeaterday and he and I both are pretty excited. I might not have much of a case had it not been for the fact that Officer Slacker Allen has a track record of consistently not knowing the law and operating outside of the law most of the time. I have seen it first hand. We have had several altercations before because he is a moronic baffoon who has hid behind hibadge like a coward for years now. I filed a complaint on him several years ago for driving his ROCKFORD police car to and from work at breakneck speeds and passing on double yellow lines. No lights, no siren, no nothing. The complaint was substantiated and placed in his file. Three weeks later the Rockford PD was disbanded. One month after that, Officer Slacker pulled me over and gave me a bogus reckless driving ticket outside of his jurisdiction. The judge threw it out. Several months after that he pulled me over again and gave me a bogus speeding ticket. He kept my drivers license and in order to get it back, I made him meet me at his bosses house so that MONTY could here the mouth. We weren't disappointed. I should have filed a complaint over his behavior. The ticket was torn up by MONTY. I'm sure it as because he knew that I should have filed a complaint. Yet another incident happened with Officer BIll Allen when the developer behind us was burning illegal and setting off the fire alarms in our house at night We weren't the only ones with a problem with the ILLEGAL FIRE on WOODLAND HOMES CONDO DEVELOPMENT. He denied there was a fire. I imediately drove up through Townsend to the steakhouse and took a picture of the ploom of smoke that was rising into the air from the WOODLAND HOMES PROPERTY. We had words that day. Evidentally, the TONWSEND PD has consitent problem with not only representing the LAWS but actually knowing what they say and their jurisdictions concerning FIRES. We know they dont have the courage to ENFORCE the law. Just check out my other report entitled "Chief RON". I guess Chief Ron Spank Suttles is who Slacker is patterning his "little girl self" after. Mr. Shepard says that I've got more than an excellent chance of winning and would be a complete fool not to consider litigation against the city of Townsend after the criminal trial on the July 2. It would be different if all this underhandednes on their behalf hadn't been documented and reported. FYI - This was my first time ever being arrested for anything. I haven't had a speeding ticket in over 10 years and went nearly 20 before having a car accident last fall. How many people you know like that? Young people in Blount County that is? I KNOW THE LAW IS WHAT SCARES THESE ARSEHOLES TO DEATH.It should. Their job is to know the law yet they violate it on a consistent basis. This type of behavior has become "par for the course" for local law enforcment. That's what happens when your county sheriff is a crook and criminal. He evidentally sets the bar for the rest. I'll let you folks know how this goes. I don't think that the DA's office is going to get too squirrelly this time. I heard that they had learned their lesson the last time they went up against me and acted like fools in court. The Judge that is presiding over the case, I am told, is about the fairest Judge we have. I am also told that he is known for seeing through the lies of some of the local mentally challenged cops.
