TQL Total Quality Logistics Charge back for late delivery Cincinnati Ohio
Picked up a shipment that was to be delivered the following day. The shipment was delivered late, the confirmation from TQL showed 8 a.m. and was deliver after 9 a.m. that morning. This was a double brokered load and the first broker charged TQL for the late delivery which in turn then charged my business $150.00
The confirmation from TQL did not have any price for late delivery, but TQL was ready to collect along with any related cost including attorney's fees in a fax that was sent to my business. I paid the $150.00
I would also like to add that the following shipment that was schedule for that day by TQL was canceled by TQL because the customer did not have room for the shipment and no fee was paid to my business (TONU).

We had similar situation booked a load that was not existing. The TQL broker buges the driver to be there as early as possible , kept him there few hours with lies about load comming soon even the shippers clearly stated the load was not there and not shure when will arrive , and when we asked about atleast TONU He said " I am not going to pay you anything" and hang up the phone. We send them invoice anywway but I am sure they are not going to pay it. This is the way this company runs , it's not our first load with them.
