I gave a 35 day notice to leave the premises due to health issues! My Doctor filled out their disability form because they have been unable to fulfill my request to move to a ground floor garden apartment! They require a 45 day notice to leave the premises, and if I Don't they will charge me a full months rent! Also they will charge you an additional 100 dollars a month to go month to month! They also said they will keep part of my deposit if I do not professionally clean the carpet and give them a receipt! I have lived here for 3 or 4 years, and I feel it is the apartments responsibilities to paint and clean or replace carpet! The owner does up keep in the property on the front side to get people in.
