TRACEY PIERCE , T&P AUTOBODY & DETAIL This individual claimed to be a mechanic, had my car for 8mths, took all i had and never fixed car or repaid me my 1800.00 THEIF!! Phoenix Arizona
I paid this man 1675,00 to put a refurbished engine in my car and part was for labor, He gave me the run around for 8 mths, having my car, he took the rims and tires off the car cause he claimed he didn't want anyone to steal them. The only way I was able to retrieve another set is because the police said that they would arrest him for theft if he didn't have them when i came to have my car towed from his lot. He still has not returned the caps to the rims which are 160.00 for a set.
I was in contact with the police about this the whole time but since it is a civil matter, there is nothing they can do.He is unaware that we will be going to court cause I will fight this tooth and nail, I have also added more charges which is what i had to pay for court cost and for him to be served .
If anyone ever comes across this man, He may sound professional and like he has it going on but in reality, he's a broke man preying on individuals who are trying to make a living and need help with low cost at the unforseen circumstance of something going wrong with their car.
DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN ANY MONEY!! I was dumb and trusting but I've learned the hard way.
