We have been having trouble with straight talk for 4 months and I sent my phone in for replacement phone and they took a month and a half to even get me my replacement but by that time I had already got a new phone and new company so I was told by tracphone that if I sent the replacement phone back unopened that they would refund the amount I played but now they say they never received it but I have proof from FedEx that they received the phone and they say that they have not gotten it.
