This was ad displayed on www.autotrader.com: (Listed as a private seller) 1999 FORD WINDSTAR, 107K mi, car is in very good condition, Runs perfect, looks good, Very well kept, Very Clean interior, ICe Cold AC, For a Test-drive call, $2,999

When I went to purchase the vehicle we were not given the opportunity to drive the van because it was real late at night (approx 10pm) and in a bad section of town. Signed paperwork that night but didn't pay with cash until the next morning. Wasn't allowed to drive the vehicle until it was paid. Thought I was protected by the ad displayed and that I would have it checked out within 24 hours of sale.

Vehicle had these problems per Firestone Complete Auto Care in Orange City: filter looks old, power steering pump leaking, link pins- boots torn, oil change, rack & pinion assembly looks reman, Notes: When came in transmission rattled in gear like bad mount when checked mounts one was assembled incorrectly when set straight. doesn't cluck but still slams in out of gear. also makes gear type noise when down shifts. Vehicle shows lack of maintenance.

Interior: mold growing under rear seat driver's side, molded food, crayon marks everywhere, grease engine stains all over back truck, smell of vomit, AC dirty nasty, garbage caught in slider doors, both back seats appeared to be left outside due to the extensive surface rust all over, broken door locks, passenger window does not operate properly, AC switch only allows one position or it has a constant ticking noise that wouldn't go away, rear window defroster doesn't work, ash tray missing & inside filthy on inside.

Guess it wasn't in very good condition, Runs perfect, looks good, Very well kept, Very Clean interior.

Owner won't take any responsibility for anything and refuses to give our money back. Only offers vehicle of lesser quality. Can't trust this dealer.

Minivan broke down approx 2 months ago... Lets see... I told Mr. Youance Wilbersonn President AKA Frantz Youance that I wanted the minivan to last 3 years while I went to school (only a 10 min trip 3 times a week) and it is DEAD!!!! That is 2 months that it ran for $3000 boy am I luckly!!!! $1500 a month... ughhhhhhhhh... and the sad part is I drove past his house everyday with the minivan making horrible noises and not a care to the world.. I am not rich!!!

My minivan is in horrible condition and I can't even afford to fix it. Imagine this.. I step on the peddle and grinding loud awake up the neighborhood noises when I accellerate and doesn't stop until I take my foot off the gas. EMBARRASSING!!! Idea... I should drive by his house every morning so he can take an appreciation for the product he sold ... he only lives one block down from me.. HUMMMMMMM

Update time.... Nothing has happened as of yet.... And insult to injury... My minivan was given a 30 day temporary tag on 7/5/07 in order for the dealer to get a permanent tag we paid for... Not to mention that he has not even filed for the tag or title paperwork. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!! He won't even answer his phone.
