On March 31st, My Nokia 5180 was running low on

charge. Before I set the phone up I saw my minutes listed as 366.5. After I took the phone off the charger the phone was down to 38.5 minutes. I purchased a one year plan two weeks prior to this and was good, or so I tought, untill 05/10/05. I made no phone calls during the day of March thiry first. There was no way with the phone off on the charger to account for the minutes or money I lost. It is only one hundred bucks, but I want my money back.

Tracphones solution is to review the case for thirty days untill I get an answer. This is in addition to the fifteen days I have already waited. I am down a month and a half with out a phone. tracphone case #'s
