Complaint Review: trademark management group - Wall Township New Jersey

This is actually a great review of our business because it describes exactly what the candidate would be hired for. We employ over 75+ people. We hire for HR positions, Director positions, Customr Service, and Marketing and Sales. This individual did not have the experience to fill a director roll so he was interviewing for our Marketing and Sales position with an opportunity to grow with us. We have employees who work on a comission basis and employees who work on a salary plus comission basis. All depending on how well your interview is. (Pretty Normal). Yes he would be hired to sell Verizon services and products and be able to advance into a manager position within 6 months.  Also sorry to say we have more than 1 candidate apply when we have a position open, so when they apply, we call them to give them a chance for a job. I am a recent college graduate desperate for a job, and I just want to say thank God I read these posts before my first day of working there. These are all legitimate claims. Every single person you are talking about are the people I've met so far. I knew something was off about that place. There's no way I'd be making $600 to $800 a week from their professional "reputable sales marketing techniques." They were all talking about Verizon Fios being their main company they're focused on, and no one ever told me I'd need to go visit people's houses to sell this to random people in sketchy neighborhoods. And I definitely don't need my B.A. for door to door sales. What's worse, the guy I interviewed with, Steve, couldn't even spell the word 'direct.' Please, please, if you're a potential employee there, don't fall for their slick talking nonsense. They're liars and con artists. I know this for a fact. All the guys there are too young, and the "director" is maybe in his late twenties. His name is Andrew.

We would like to thank you anyway for coming out to our office and interviewing with us. You are pretty spot on to what we do as an organization. We are a marketing/advertising/sales firm located in Wall Twp. Part of our business is doing residential sales for Verizon Fios among other venues to market their services and products. Our staff is paid comission  if they are hired for our sales position. We also have employess on a base salary plus comission, as well as just a base salary but perhaps you did not get that far with the interview. We work with several Fortune 500 companies, have been in business now for 6 years and have expanded companies and clients all over the east coast. Yes I am sorry to say, Lindsey is our HR manager, and Andrew is one of our managers who helps with the interview process. We also currently employee people from the age of 19 years old to 67 years old, so do not despair you do not have to be "only" 18 to apply. Our interview process is 3-4 steps, therefore we are essentially transparent with our candidates. Due to our success, and the current demand of our clients we have hiring blitzes, when we do so we interview many perople in order to choose the most qualified candidate. Therefore it makes sense you would have company in our lobby.  Though this is not our only review on this website we continously attract educated, talented, and motivated men and woman as well as new clients every year. It seems the only scam here, is falling for this websites appeal. We wish we could make everyone happy, but thats impossible, atleast now you have the power to make an informed decison for yourself.
