I have been noticing that on some of my trades that I made profits on, they do not add my profits into my account. Like for instance on 8/13/2018,
I traded ES (S&P futures) Long and made $362.50 profit. Crude Oil with profit of $410.00. It was never added to my account as a profit.
8/14/2018 - I traded Crude oil and profited - $310.00 and 2nd trade with profit of $30.00. Japanese Yen profit of $176.00 but it showed negative although I know it was suppose to be a profit. Today, 8/15/2018 - I woke up and checked my account it showed with a negative of $175.00. I made sure that there I there were no orders open and positions open before I went to bed the evening before. It looks like that they had taken my profit of $175.00 from Japanese Yen the evening before instead of adding it in as profit. I had taken pictures of these things. I'm sure that they had stolen more money from me before, but didn't pay attention to it. There were times that I had nothing on orders and positions before I go to bed just to make sure that there's no surprises in the morning.
Then, Lord and Behold, sure enough, there's an open order on ES with no stop loss and going negative. I couldn't even stop and close it. The website had frozen and it just kept going and losing my money. Although, it was not my trade put on by me. I had losed thousands of dollars because of these incidents created by them. I had tried to call them and sent them emails, but I have been ignored.
I'm sure I'm not the only trader that's going through this. This is absolutely criminal for stealing other people's money!!!
I can understand if it's my fault if I have lost due to my own trade, but if I know that I had made money and profit, and they do not put it into my account, this is CRIMINAL! I'm just a small investor trying to make a living to replace my income and have my retirement income last.
I had contacted them via phone and emails. No reply. Contacting them through phone is disgusting, they will put you on hold forever until you give up on waiting. I WANT THEM INVESTIGATED! I NEED A LAWYER for class action lawsuit.
