That is what we are to Triad. This is how and why they do and CAN tack on excessive fees that seem outrageous to us. ONE DAY LATE- they don't care the reason, you are a number and statistical risk. Once you are in that risk group, get used to phone calls, high or excessive fees, repos, title issues, etc. I'm sure the list is endless Simply put Triad is not in business to lose money. We are high risk loans, we don't have options that others have with good credit, and because of this we are treated sub-standard. We are not people to them, they don't care about anything but meeting the demands of their contracts, securitizing loans, and making money for investors and affiliates. And they will use means that traditional companies can't use, and frankly don't have to. Interest alone makes traditional companies lots of profit, but Triad well they have a different approach, because they are dealing with a high risk group. And you can bet they have a wonderfully talanted legal staff that anticipates every possible lawsuit that may come their way. Also, they have a great employee incentive program. Roadloans/Triad financial doesn't care if you pay on time, they are not really interested in YOU or YOUR credit. You are a score card and you are put into a computer and dealt with according to what money they can get from you. That's what they are and what they do. They aren't there to treat you nice and they don't. They don't want you to pay early, they want you to be late, then they want to take your car and they will have every legal right to do so. They anticipate you screwing up and they will exploit and use you for profitability. It's a shame but it's true. Read the first 25 pages of this public link on Triad and you will see what their approach is to making profit, and what they are all about, what their business and profit goals are and HOW they maintain profitability. There is a lot of reading between the lines but it's pretty clear if you know what to look for. They don't plan on going away anytime soon, and you can bet they have a lot of money set aside in dealing with us pests a long the way. http://www.triadfinancial.com/rl_site_resources/sites/tfc/pdfs/securities/TFC_SEC/TFC_10K_March06.pdf More to come later
