Trailer Worx - a.k.a. - Coastal Marine Gangways Skilled Scam Artists Phoenix Arizona
I failed to read the RIPOFF reports on this company BEFORE I gave them a down payment and secured a verbal agreement to build me a very simple flatbead trailer. DON'T make the same mistake I did or you will lose your money and fail to get a refund or the product you ordered.
They will probably give you a tour of their facilities and seem to be a pair of cordial and sincere people. Don't be fooled by their friendliness and promises. You will start out waiting the stated amount of time for your order and then you will start calling them for progress reports and will receive some of the most outrageous and creative excuses you will ever hear.
Then they will say you have interuppted their work environment or made changes that complicated the order to the point of them not be able to complete your order and then they will go on a rant saying you are nothing but a whiner and they don't need your business anyway.
In summation--DO NOT do business with these people.
