Tranquility Alley Fraud thief and thieves bogus ripoff scam liar stole money on credit card Elmhurst, Illinois
This is a total scam company. You need only check their 150+ unresolved BBB complaints or complaints on here to see that.
First you place an order. Then they send you an email saying your credit card didn't process, please send a money order or check.
I told them no way and to cancel the order. They sent an email saying they did. Very unprofessional, unsigned, sent from a mobile blackberry.
Then about 3 days later some other company bills me for the original order amount. They keep your CVV# on file in violation of federal law and their merchant agreement.
Two weeks of unanswered emails. No product. Finally responded when I threatened them. Claimed they refunded. Of course, they did not.
Had to file a complaint with my credit card company which means my card is cancelled and I have to wait for a new one.
Even if you get your money back CALL their local police department. Get the detectives name that will tell you there's not much they can do. Then contact local media and make sure to let them know this company has scammed thousands. And give the local media the name of that detective who won't investigate.
It's the only way to get rid of people like this.
It takes some of your time but they took the time to scam you...return the favor.
