lots of people do just fine in the lease program. I averaged $1,800 to $2,200 a week & made money back when i filed taxes. I just got tired of living in a truck so I quit.
My main complaints with them:
1. they lost one of my BOLs & the girl in payroll said, "sometimes they show up". I had to call the shipper myself to get them to fax it.
2. The guy that teaches safety, claims to have never been in an accident. However, after I dropped a trailer, he admitted to me he dropped a trailer before too.
3. During training, they will instruct their drivers to absolutely never swerve to miss an object on the highway. They called it like a "maintain lane rule".
They specifically say that it even applies even if it is a car with a mother & kids. They will instruct you to literally ram your truck into them, word for word, "hit a car full of kids if they are in your lane; maintain your lane no matter what". No lie
