This company made many promises they did not keep. I worked for this company for a short while and my manager was completely arrogant and made many promises to business owners just to get the sale. During my training, the information given was not accurate and the promises made to my customers was not fulfilled. Unfortunately, my customers was not satisfied at all and TMG made empty promises to fix the issues but nothing was resolved. Now, my customers can't get in contact with anyone. TMG has been around for over 20 years and appears to be really professional and honest but on the contrary. I would advise anyone looking to work for them and/or do business with them to do your research and be very careful. TMG is the reason why small to mid-sized business owners are skeptical of doing business outside of the circle of influence and makes it hard for honest sales reps to get in the door.
