Credit card processing should be monitored by the FTC more. this company was raided in the 90's under CPS as the name. for changing rates, and leases after paperwork came in. Guess what, it still happens.. And all they do is tell the people hey don't do that we could get in trouble. All they do is paste and copy on the computer your signature onto the document they want to use against you. You ever tried to fight a 9 billion dollar a year company? they have a ton of money off of the poor businesses they put out of business.In all seriousness, they would rather you cancel, so they can hit you for the cancellation fee. they believe that they will never over fish the pond. that another customer will replace you easily, and the same with their workers. Reps are taking on all of the debt. Gas for appointments that aren't really set, and no money for what they think they wrote up in business. they take the business and give it to another department called product service. then they don't pay the rep.
they claim full disclosure on your paperwork. Smoke and mirrors. this is the biggest rip off company in the world. the poor rep doesn't even get paid most of the time for being the person that wrote up the customer for credit card services. they deduct everything out of the reps commission. No pay, but lot's of hassle.
30 day trial.. yeah right. from day you sign. you don't download. they still take almost $800 from your checking account. A Void check gives them access. DON'T BE THERE FOOL. go with your local bank. rates may be a bit higher, but no tricks. This company has the biggest BOILER ROOM EVER. constant job threats if you don't trick enough people into a 60 month lease at $99.95 a month ($6000) when you could have bout the equipment on line for $395 dollars, you lose your job. The workers are miserable. Upper management has some really bad pharmaceutical habbits if you get my drift, off of the large amounts of money they make off of your heart ache. how do I know? I worked there a few months. Do yourself a favor. Run from anyone representing this company. someone should start a class action against this place for what they do to reps pay. They take the business, but don't pay the rep. ILLEGAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
