UPDATE!!!!!!!!! Mr. Sean Walker (direct line: 312-985-2731 fax: 312-466-8707 main# 312-466-7719 ) TRANSUNION CORP OFFICE--VICE PRESIDENT Mr. Walker reopened investigation under both our social security numbers. Info. faxed. I must say it didn't seem to matter once again what we sent. Difference of opinion, etc. Only after a very heated phone conversation on April 6, 2005 would things change. I argued how UNACCEPTIBLE it is for the burden to fall on the consumer....when it's our credit...therefore if they are going to sumbit something that changes it....the BURDEN...should be theirs to prove. NOT OURS. I argued how ABSURD...NOt even a Simple Call or Calls had been made to the numbers I gave for them to verify. I was initially told they didn't know it was valid...I suggested they do a online search or dial INFORMATION....use their Verification techiniques....certainly don't take my word. How credible am I? I was then told...nothing requires a CREDITOR to provide anything more than a VERIFICATION. Regardles of any aggressive disputes...I was told the stance remains the same. They couldn't require anything beyond a VERIFICATION. I made mention of fact...they had to take my dispute to be VALID, and per my research I disagreed...they had obligation to request documentation to ensure my credit report....was truly ACCURATE....especially due to fact we had aggressively disputed from day one. ***I was given a date...the investigation would be completed. I expressed my frustration at the whole process right from the beginning...from the CUE CARD type reps, to the ignoring of correspondence...as FRIVIOLOUS. ***I ended the call letting him know I felt nothing would be done...short of me hiring an attorney. If they required documentation...there could be NONE...unless the creditor forged illegal documents. Lates, Dates, Foreclosure Initiated...all wrong...and then allowed creditor to come back and report under former business name....was just UNBELIEVABLE. ***I vividly remember the example I was given...of a Capital One scenario where inaccurate info. was listed, and the consumer contacted them, and received a document from Capital One stating error. TOO FUNNY...where talking about a creditor falsely reporting in Oct 2003, March 2004, and after our disputes....came back and reported March 2005 under former company name. I hung up feeling....I might as well have been talking to MR. Koressel of Triangle Group, Inc (formerly Koressel Group)....currently Triangle Group, LLC. SUPRISE SUPRISE SUPRISE I received an email...from TransUnion V.P. stating good news and I needed to call. I'd learn on (Fri) April 8th, 2005 Mr. Walker had spoke with the Koressel Group, and had been informed that a Universal Data Sheet was supposedly alreay in process to send to all the bureaus to remove any/all entries. (Yet...everyting verified/unchanged on 3-31-05) A VERY SUDDEN CHANGE OF HEART. Probably shocked to get the call from TransUnion's Vice President. SO......KUDOS....to MR VP-Sean Walker....for making a simple call, and making the decision to not wait for any such document to come. He immediately had removed all our entries related to the creditor, and mailed us new update letter, and Reports. Better late than never I guess. ***Still working on CSC-Equifax's affiliate ***MY opinion still stands...it is entirely TOO easy for creditors to report....and entirely TOO hard for consumers to dispute INACCURATE or FALSIFIED entries!!!!!!!!!! Laws & Regulations need to be established, and the creditors and bureaus need to adhere or face consequences if they choose to ignore. Its time to make the correct parties ACCOUNTABLE, and remove the burden from the CONSUMER!!!!!!!! GOOD LUCK to ANY/All in process of any dispute...DO NOT GIVE UP...and don't WALK AWAY. (They wouldn't say it... if put on the spot...but I truly believe they hope if they stall us long enough...we will just go away). ***The idea....it's cheaper to deal with us in a lawsuit later versus now. The odds are in their favor most won't sue. Out of fairness...they aren't the only business...in fact many big business handle it the same way. All about numbers...and MONEY.

Back again...unfortunately without any good news to report. ***TransUnion sent investigation completed letters out...each separate....as creditor reported under both our SS#'s. JC's: VERIFIED/UNCHANGED KC's: VERIFIED/UNCHANGED (I'm KC) ***ALL CORRESPONDENCE apparently ignored, and not even a simple phone call to the Scott Co. Courthouse (502) 863-0474 to run foreclosure search was done--which would confirm entry to be false. IN fact....based on letters...no documentation was required above normal verification....even though....we had been aggressively disputing since the original dispute. It looks like we had mortgages....during dates...we were IN FACT....RENTERS. (Aug Sept Oct Nov of 2003 ). ***even nicer....we have false lates attached, too. ***IT'S COMPLETELY ABSURD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ------------------- CSC Credit Svcs (Equifax's affiliate handling--due to our zip code). Dispute process completed. Take this into consideration....the account reported to them...under my husband and also under mine.....was...is listed as a JOINT acct....all the same info.--again with inaccurate info. beside the lovely "foreclosure"thing. JC"S: Verified as having been reported correctly KC"s: Deleted -------------------- At this moment...I'm doing all I can, to refrain myself from calling these bureaus a few choice names. I might as well....just contacted the creditor to handle the matter. (He'd offered as much help in the matter). At times during the process....I thought....hmmm....maybe these bureau employees are on the payroll of the creditor falsely reporting. Obviously NO documentation was presented....and if any ever is presented....we'll just have more to add to our arsenal against this creditor. WE APPARENTLY NEED NEW LAWS, AND REGULATIONS....It's time to take the burden off the consumer....and Place it back on the rightful people....the ones using our data to make a PROFIT....creditors, credit bureaus, etc. ------------------------ TRANSUNION.....YOU picked the WRONG woman to ignore. -------------- CSC.....ONE DELETED...OTHER VERIFIED....not sure how you'd come to that.....being a joint acct....you'd think we're linked or referenced. **and in my calls I did mention my husbands dispute. ***with TransUnion...you have greater chance of speaking with a live rep. ***CSC---only avail Mon-Thursdays. ****something is up with your website folks.....every day I've tried to go in and access my credit report....I get SYS difficulties...try again next business day. WILL IT BE UP AND RUNNING ANYTIME SOON?????? GOOD LUCK TO ANY OTHERS OUT THERE....I FEEL YOUR PAIN.
