The site has been down for 10 days, during which no one has been allowed to view or update their credit reports. IF, and only IF, you can get thru to customer service, you get a flat response that it is down, check again in 24 hours. Well, it's been a lot of 24 hours since the problem started. They do not acknowledge the problem on the website. After going thru the effort of logging in and getting to where you want to be, a screen comes up that "there was a problem with your request" and refers you to customer service.

It has been 1/3 of the month. As far as I know, they won't be offering a refund or credit for the unused portion of the month in which the service can't be used. I am assuming they are going to keep the problem QUIET, so people who don't log in regularly won't realize this. BE WARNED NOW.
