I contacted this company regarding timeshare resale. They first told me they could get me my $ back from any other company, including their old DBA which was WHK Property Management Resort Timeshare Solutions. If you've ever signed up with WHK, they are now this Transworld Timeshare International. I asked where they are located, and the representative (Justin Dean) said Houston, TX. They are in fact located in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, just as their website says so. Their way of attempting to get your $ back form any pevious companies is sending them letters threatening the attorney general and so forth. They sign their names as the actual customer, so therefor they are guilty of forgery. The representative also tried to make it sound like they work WITH Charles Bronson and then spit off typical state statute information, but when you ask if you can VERIFY the info with the commissioner, it is a different story. To really verify the credibility of this company, why are they not listed on sunbiz.org? Because they are WHK, all they did was change their website, name, and address. They, like the rest of them, have no intentions of selling your property and will say anything (including making other companies look bad) just to get your monies. DON'T FALL FOR THEIR BS, the proof is in the pudding!

In order for you to file a report like this on a person that has helped hundreds of people to set up their own business and be successful in this country, you have to have a personal issue. Identify yourself, name and phone so you can be contacted. I have only to be thankful to this guy, made me rich and continues to help me even if his fees have been paid already. Again you need to be clear on what kind of transaction you did with this people, and what happened to you specifically so your story is credible. The way you stated again looks like a personal issue. They have sold franchises and businesses throughout the world, In my case I bought a tax center franchise that is working very well, helped me come and reside in this country. I have only good things to say about this people.

Where's the logic?

Ok so you're emphasis on they don't "ALWAYS" bring reasonable offers would imply they "sometimes" do, yet your unit still isn't sold....then they couldn't be that reasonable even "sometimes", and when your unit STILL isn't sold in a year or two from now, lets see if you're still the 'happy customer' you claim to be. If you're wondering what my issue is with this company, try practicing what you preach and read the original post!

Who ever you are, this is obviously a personal issue you have with this company and you seem intent on slandering them. If you had read my post correctly, you would notice I typed ",although they don't "ALWAYS" bring the offers I'm looking for.... "I'm not going to waste anymore time with mudslinging. My relationship with this company has not been a negative experience. I have had more success than with my listers.

To the first response: You've been listed with them since '06 and still dont have a reasonable offer to accept, yet you see that as them doing a great job? LOL, too funny! So you're not really serious about selling your timeshare then, but more or less like to make donations to hungry telemarketers....well good on you with the way the economy is!! To the other response: I highly reccomend you to go to grammar school, otherwise you'll never be taken seriously with that poor example of the english language. Experiences with Transworld Timeshares International

First off, I was originally signed out of the Ft. Lauderdale office in June of 2006 for my Westgate Vacation Villas resort. I understand that Transworld has two locations, one of them also located in Houston, TX. Since '06 I have had no problems with them bringing offers on the unit, although they are not always offers I am willing to accept. As far as I'm concerned Transworld has done their job to the best of their abilities. If I felt I had been deceived I would be on your side of the table Samira, or is it Darlena? I'm just confused because you provided two different names on your submission. Besides the point, no matter who you are dealing with in the industry you have to be cautious, I've learned that the hard way, I know the rest of you have as well. I most definitely have had my fair share of advertising fees. I have not had any negative experiences thus far with this company. - M.Trevat

Ahh yes, another rebuttal from an employee POSING as a customer!! It's not like we've never seen one of those on ripoff before!! First off, notice how he didn't address the issue of their old DBA being WHK, a company commissioner Charles Bronson HIMSELF is completely disgusted with, who HAD to change their name/address in order to continue scamming people? And in Dec. of 2006, they were still WHK, NOT Transworld blah blah blah. And then you go to play the "I used to be in sales but then got a heart" card, do you use that weak rebuttal on the phone, too?? And if they relocated to Houston, then why do they have a NEW listed address as 318 Indian Trace - Suite 282, Ft Lauderdale, FL 33326 under the Vecchi Group? Perhaps because Ernesto and Luis Vecchi are still running the same BS scam? Of course, it IS a possibilty the outfit is being operated out of BOTH cities, Houston AND Ft. Lauderdale, seeing as in their application for registration for a fictitious name under section 1 where it states county of place of principle business it was filed as MULTIPLE. Now why, if they were such an honest and reliable company, would they need to change their name/location and do business under a fictitious name? And any EDUCATED consumer would be able to tell if a company had "many disgruntled employees" causing them to relocate OUT OF STATE, chances are they were disgruntled because they weren't paid what they were owed, and if you're not willing to pay the people who work for you, there's no telling what you're NOT willing to do for your customers. Furthermore to actually sell your property, should not take a "team" of people, especially if it's only being marketed as a rental. And if there WERE a whole team of them, how did they ALL just so happen to be in the office at the same time and have time to sit down and speak with you?

I thinkyour wrongabout transworld international

This is to rebuttal the above complaint. I originally signed up with Transworld ti in DEC of 2006 in the South Florida location. The representative who signed me up was very ruff with me. She claimed that she had been with the company 5 years and had sold over 100 properties. I asked her for proof of her sales records and she stated that it was illegal for her to disclose that info to me. The rep was so persistent that she could sell my timeshare that she almost got to the point of telling me it was sold already! See I am in sales for over 20 years, and I can tell when someone is feeding me a line of bull. Anyway I continued to listen to this persons line of Bs. Now I am a man of principle and I don't think I'm filled with spite, but IM a little ticked off. I contacted the same phone number back in Aug of 2007 and i was told that the representative Samira Shea or shay however it was spelled was no longer with the company. They explained to me about their relocation to Houston, they explained to me about their situation with many disgruntled employees including the one who took my credit card. This was the best thing they have ever told me. I have lived in the city of Houston 27 years and never met a company dealing with timeshare other then the era stroman guys who have been ripping people off for 20 years. So this was a great thing. 3 weeks later I showed up at their location in Houston only 20 miles from my home. I was expecting to see a bunch of children on the phone. I was wrong. they had a very professional business complete separate dept. for intake and outtake of properties. Not only was I impressed, I got a chance to sit down with a gentleman by the name of nick who went over several interested parties and also introduced me to the team who was working these clients. This was the most impressive group of salesman I have seen in sometime. 2 weeks later I accepted an offer for 3 rentals on my property at Wynd palmaire in pompano beach Florida each at 1200.00. so total I walked away with 3,600 in profit minus the 698.00 fee Samira charged me. I even met the representative that was mentioned in the above complaint, he was a very polite youngman. So to anyone out there who wants a credible reference about Transworld International feel free to contact me. Steve O
