I did finally get paid 6 months later. It took me contacting my atty and having him contact the actual banks who issued the work to MCS, who inturn issued the work to another contractor who issued the work to Trash Away Services. Had I not stayed persistent and kept digging and finding out who I needed to talk to I would have never gotten my money. Even after they forced his hand to pay it took another month to get my money. He kept stating the check was in the mail and that he still hadn't been paid. My last work for him was in October 2011 and the company that was paying him had paid him for my work in November. The entire time Anthony Randall stated that he had not been paid and lied to me over and over. The man is a liar. Do not accept work from them. It is not worth it. There are alot more reputable companies out there that are legit. He will get as much work out of you for about 60 days then when you start asking where your money is he will cut you off. And more than likely keep your money.
