This organization offers nothing that you can't get at a more reasonable price on your own.  Their properties are mostly out-dated and run-down.  It is almost impossible to book any of the more "desirable" destinations unless you book a year in advance.  And, you can not book more than a year in advance.  So, you better know exactly what you want, and when, and book it as soon as it becomes available, if you're going to get anything at all for your money.

The first property where we stayed was actually not bad (at least the unit we were assigned).  But when we returned two years later, we were required to pay an additional fee directly to the resort in order to get the same type of room that we had on our first visit.  Neither TAN nor the resort (Little Harbor/Harborside Suites in Ruskin) made this known in the year from when we booked the vacation until we arrived at the resort.

Another property (Angler's Cove) in Florida where we stayed was described as a newly renovated unit.  Translation: the painter's tape hadn't been removed from the bathroom light fixture, and some of the bathroom tile was missing, the electrical work hadn't been completed, and a frying pan had been placed on top of the hot water heater to catch the condensation leaking from the A/C unit.

I contacted TAN about the miserable conditions at Angler's Cove, and they agreed to move us to another property.  One of their "Senior Client Service Coordinators" asked for copies of pictures I had taken at Angler's Cove so that they could correct any problems with the property manager.  I sent twenty-five emails with pictures of various problems with the unit.  I sent a separate email requesting to be notified as to whether or not the pictures had been received.  I received absolutely no response to my emails.

After our second stay at Little Harbor, I emailed TAN about the additonal charge that the resort required in order to put us into a room comparable to what we had on our first stay.  I spoke on the phone with another "Senior Client Services Coordinator" who couldn't believe that I had been required to pay an additional fee, and was unaware of any such policy.  She promised to call me back the next day with some resolution/clarification.  I have never received another call.

Lies.  All lies and deception.
