Travel Supplier of America My Member Choice SCAM/ripoff Newark Delaware
We went to a presentation at the Holiday Inn? in Clifton Park on 9/19/13. Unfortunately we purchased the vacation package but exercised our 3 day right to cancel by sending a certified letter on 9/23/13 and calling. The letter was not picked up until 9/27/13. We have been unsuccessful in getting a refund of the money we paid (4,794.99); we have called several times and only get an answering machine. The few times I did call and talk to a person, on 9/26/13 I was told the refund takes 10 days and a supervisor will call. I will keep calling and perhaps go to the hotel in Clifton Park and warns other people going to their presentation.
