We joined travelbridge-Tucson, AZ in April 2001 for $5300.00 with promises of great discounts, condo certificates, and great insights and help with travel. It has been a nightmare ever since.

The office in Tucson was staffed with people who knew less about travel than we did. Requests were ignored and the one vacation we took was nearly a disaster because they failed to mention that the resort was 90 minutes from the airport (a $200.00 cab ride-we rented a car for the week for less) and although we paid the full amount months in advance they didn't pay the resort which almost led to the resort holding us there and not letting us leave on depature day (resort security was blocking the gate in a remote resort in Mexico-scary!)

After moving to Texas we recently tried to use our condo certificates and I was told they are worthless-After multiple calls to many different phone numbers I figured out that all of the phone numbers go to the same office and the staff laughed as they told me they aren't responsible for honoring anything sold by their sales office. Then I found out about the class action lawsuit in Texas involving Travelbridge!

Jeremy in the Phoenix office told me himself he is aware of all of the complaints but it's too bad because all of us signed contracts (we won't be getting any money back) and the contracts are worded so that they can get away with not giving the investors what they are told verbally at the time of purchase. He suggested that I get my money's worth by booking large groups of my friends on cruises through Travelbridge (are they nuts!?)

If anyone has a bank account # people should be able to get their money back. We have a court ordered judgement on them. They sent out checks of about $150.00 to settle. If any one cashed the check, then, there would be no more recourse. people need to stop these rip off co. I know people would like their money back.
