Travelocity charged my charge card 2 times for travel insurance that I did not want or need. The customer service agent told me that you have to opt out of the insurance rather than opting in if you want it. That could be and if it is, it could easily be overlooked and that is why Travelocity makes you opt out. They know that many people will err and not realize they just purchased travel insurance. Then to get someone who can speak understandable english in their customer service department is a real challenge. The customer service reps introduced themselves as Hazel and Wanda. Have you ever heard of someone in India named Hazel? I should have known better than deal with Travelocity because I had a problem with them once before. I will not use them again.
