Bob Balanoff - Trayvad - Eshophere ripoff Chicago Illinois
Does not respond to phone calls and messages.
cashed money order, sent only part of the order.
One part damaged, did not receive UPS call tag as promised - finally got a return authorization from him, but no pick-up from UPS.
Trayvad is a distributor for EX-Cell metal products.
Ex-cell was also contacted, but they say, we would have to deal with the distributor.
I contacted other people, seems to be a case for the FBI, since on the same address is a Balanoff.com on the web and the customer service person at trayvad / ex-cell metal products name is Bob Balanoff - can anyone make a connection, here?
