Suntasia Marketing Ripoff Stole my money which overdrew my account, and cost MORE money because of fees Treasure Island Florida
After reading some of the other complaints, I realized that this company NEEDS to be stopped! I thought that maybe there was some misunderstanding on my end, until I found this site.
Same story, different person. They called me, told me I won a free vacation... and once I recieved it, I would be able to cancel any dues... not be charged for anything, and still have the free vacation as a gift.
This sounded too good to be true. I should have listened to my instinct. I never would have given into anything like this before. However, I am getting married soon, and I would have LOVED to have a free honeymoon.
I was so excited! I checked my mail every day for a month and half. Nothing came. This worried me, because they told me I was going to have to call and cancel my membership, or else I would be charged. But, I had failed to write down a phone number, address, even a name of the company. I heard "FREE" and went along with it.
Big mistake! I did get something in the mail a few weeks ago. It was from my bank stateing that I was overdrawn. I am anal about balancing my checkbook, and knew this couldn't be right. So I went there to find out what had happend. I got a print-out and saw this "Suntasia Marketing" $149.00---
Come to find out, this so-called "free vacation" has been costing me up to $300.00 so far!!! PLUS I have been charged multiple overdraw fees. Where the heck is my vacation that I diserve?!!?! Still, I haven't got anything in the mail from them!
This is an ongoing problem. I think I am going to have to cancel my checking account just to get them to stop stealing from me. Luckily, I have an awesome bank who is rembursing my money when I fill out a complaint. You only have so long to catch them, before you're stuck paying these thiefs. DON'T BELIEVE THE LIES! You'll be sorry in the end.
