Steven...wow, you sound very polite and personable from your comments. I wish YOU had been the last kirby rep that had knocked on my door. The last one was all smiles, shoved a set of bowls in my hands as "a gift". Well...the minute I saw his buddy pulling a kirby out of the back of the truck, I told him he could stop right there. I already own two of them and didn't want to waste his time. At that point, he snatched the bowls from me with a rude "I'll have to take those back then!" I imagine he was one of the ones who didn't want to be there...

I am one of those many people who answered the ad in the Toledo Blade. I also followed through and went in for the interview. Yes it is common knowlege that many sales companies will sell you your dreams to get you to work for them. However, Trebor is not like that. I do not know who this Paul person is but I was interviewed by a young woman named Elizabeth. Elizabeth and Sarah are the only District Trainers That I know of, and if you have ever been in the Trebor office, you would know that everyone there knows everyone. So because I do not know of the affore mentioned paul, I am led to believe that he no longer works for Trebor. Now about the add, the add tells the truth, I am now employed there and make a guaranteed $400 a week for doing 3 demonstrations a day and making no sales. As I make sales, I get commission which raises my weekly pay. so yes you can earn up to 1700 a week. The only catch is that you are the one that must make it happen. what people expect going into Trebor, is that it is a quick and easy job and they will get paid 1700 an week for sitting on their butts. No! You have to work at it and make those sales. It is up to the employee how much he makes a week. If you cannot handle that sort of work then I feel sorry for you, Because it is the easiest career I have ever been in. Also a common misconseption is that Trebor is a job. It is not a job, it is a career. That is the difference. Now I must say that it is the easiest and most fun company I have ever been with. I have been with Trebor for a week and absolutely love it. Also, if you dont want to be with Trebor, they dont want you there. The owner and DT's are only interested in the people that want to be there. Believe me, I have personally seen the owner fire more than 7-8 people because the people didnt want to be there. There is no scam, It is all straight forward and honest and if you dont want to do it, good, there are other people waiting in line for success.
