Tree House Marketing un-safe products, deceptive company, fraudulent ripoff business victimized many consumers Provo Utah
I ordered a 90 day trial from them for a weight-loss product that was promoted as all natural and safe to use. The idea was that I should try it for 30 days or so, and if it didn't work for call them and return it. Otherwise, they would bill my credit card the trial aount of $19.95 plus an additional $199.95.
I admit I was 3 days late in calling them and asking to return it, but my father had been hospitalized the previous week. I only used two weeks of the product anyway because it caused a bad reaction to the prescribed meicine my Rheumatologist gives me for Fibromylagia. It also said nowhere on the labeling that it had ingredients in it that should NOT be used if you are taking medications to manage hypothyroidism.
I called them the day after I saw my doctor the packaging and ingredients and he had said it was absolutely medically unsafe for me to use. I spoke with 3 different people and none of them would even consider a partial refund even though it worsened my medical condition for a few weeks while I tried it. All they did was spout legalities, they didn't give a hoot about caring for a customer's health.
I only wanted them to work with me on this,I didn't expect a full refund, but not them. And after reading other posting about this company I guess I can see why!!
