Trek Blue ripoff California
I Purchased the product Spyware Nuker by a company named Trek Blue 7/11/03 for the price of $49.90 via the Internet. I usually don,t trust "Net" transactions for fear of being "ripped-off" by those types who prey on unsuspecting victims. To make this short and simple, I too have been taken by Trek Blue for their product "Spyware Nuker", which has worked until I had to re-install several times from the shipped CD due to WIN98 problems. The representatives fail to respond to my emails making one to believe they no longer wish to operate a legitimate business.
All I wanted was for this entity to recognize my account for this product so that perhaps a glitch could be repaired. I didn't even expect a refund for the product, until now! I recently rebooted/re-installed my software and to my surprise, Spyware Nuker actually performed it's duty..one time! If only it would continue to clean up trash depositted onto our innocent/fragile systems. I've had it. I'm pissed-off to say the least. To others, all I can say is, for $49.90 for the CD version... don't buy!
