Tressa Rossi and Robert Rossi are now sending us "suspicious and cryptic" letters through the United States post office in order "frighten us". We have filed a formal complaint with the US Postal Authorities and turned over our evidence.

They have already posted slanderous, libelous and defaming lies about us on the internet, and have engaged in a long line of abuses against us starting in June of 2007.

They have engaged in public lies about claiming there are "police reports" made on us. There are not police reports made about us. And the police department is writing us a letter to this fact.

They call us stalkers. When if fact it is us, who have a history of BEING STALKED, and it is well documented in the court system and with the legal authorities. We held a State of Oregon Protective Person's Status for many years because we have been the victims of a stalker and identity theft.

We have taken our case to the Department of Justice. We are still in the early stages of discovery with intent to TORT.

If you are a landlord do you really want to hire Tressa Rossi "owner" of Fox Management Inc.? And turn over your valuable real estate investment to someone who conducts herself like this? Such conduct of a representative like her's; can legally be the responsibility of the property owner.

If you are a tenant, current, past or declined. You may want to Google your name and see what comes up on you. It would be wise for you to contact C.A.T. The Community Alliance of Tenants in Portland Oregon, and get some solid advice on dealing with property rental companies like this one.

She bought into a couple of property management memberships, and is listed as an officer with the Portland Chapter of N.A.R.P.M. as the webmaster; she is also listed with The Rental Housing Association. If you read these websites pages you will find very derogatory and insulting writings about tenants, boarder-lining on racism and discrimination.

Recently, Chenoweth Law Group won over $103,000 in damages, plus attorney fees, in a moldy rental jury trial on behalf of a Portland tenant. In Cohen v. Fox Management, Inc. et al., Multnomah County Cir. Ct. No. 1010-1453 (Dec. 9, 2011),

the landlords allowed a roof leak in the rental to go unchecked. This leak caused mold to grow, which then sickened the tenant  (plaintiff). The tenant, a Portland radiologist, had lived in the single family house in Southwest Portland for 16 years. After the original landlord died, his widow hired a series of property management companies to manage the rental. In 2008, Fox Property Management, Inc. (the defendant) assumed management responsibilities. The tenant informed the new property management company of the ongoing leak in the stairwell of the house, but the management company refused to address the problem.

The leak only grew worse and a strong musty odor developed. The tenant, an avid marathon runner, began to experience difficulty breathing and competing in marathons. In addition, she suffered from eye irritation, headaches, and allergy-like symptoms. Eventually, the tenant hired indoor air quality experts to look into the situation. The experts confirmed that the roof leak and other building defects, such as drain spouts discharging directly at the building foundation, had resulted in excessive indoor humidity. This excessive humidity led to amplified levels of mold and other harmful bio-organisms in the building.

Although the landlords finally fixed the leak after receiving one of the expert's reports, they refused to repair much of the water damage, or to address other issues with the house. The tenant then vacated the premises, but had to discard or professionally clean many of her personal possessions because high levels of mold spores had settled on them. She also sought treatment with a certified allergist who confirmed that her decreased pulmonary functioning and allergic responses were caused by exposure to the mold.

The tenant then hired Chenoweth Law Group attorney Ken Dobson to pursue claims against the landlords. In October 2010, Mr. Dobson filed a lawsuit in Multnomah County Circuit Court against the management company and the building owner. The suit alleged violations of the habitability provisions of Oregon's Residential Landlord-Tenant Act ("RLTA"), and common law claims of negligence. The lawsuit sought recovery of back rent and compensation for loss of personal property, various out-of-pocket expenses, and compensation for personal injuries caused by the mold.

After the landlord refused to make any significant settlement offer, the case went to trial before a 12-person jury. At trial, doctors and indoor air quality specialists offered conflicting opinions on the extent of the mold problem and whether the mold was the cause of the tenant's health problems. The jury returned a verdict in favor of the tenant on all counts and awarded her $24,270 for damaged and destroyed personal property, moving expenses, and alternative lodging; $70,000 for personal injuries; and $8,797 in reduced rental value. Under the RLTA, the tenant is also entitled to an award of attorney fees and costs.

Here are the details: January 16, 2012, The Chenoweth Law Group won over $103,000.00 (six figures) AGAINST Tressa Rossi "owner" of Fox Management Inc. Cohen v. Fox Management, Inc. et al., Multnomah County Cir. Ct. No. 1010-1453 (Dec. 9, 2011),

And yet she claims that I file with different names. I noticed you really didn't answer my questions. You claim to have filed a police report but don't give report number or department. You claim that the Rossis have been under investigation for 5 years. 5 Years, really? Man that's usually reserved for the Mob or undercover infiltration of a motorcycle club or gang. And in these 5 years I guess nothings been found to bring charges. Incredible. You claim that you're the one being cyberstalked but you're the one posting personal information on the internet. And if Ms Rossi is stalking the wrong people, then shouldn't you just stay under the radar and not draw attention to yourself. You claim I'm narcissistic and yet you post pictures of yourself and your house(???) for everyone to see. Simply amazing.

I have more respect for Karl & Charles than I do for you. You seem to be a sad, bitter person that is lashing out just because I didn't agree that you're a victim. So I guess to try to rectify things I'll let you know that I do indeed think that your are a victim. However, you're a victim of you own delusional paranoia.

1. The police report that  is real, the one we filed against her (t.R.), in 2011. 

2. Our case with Fair Housing, H.U.D. and B.O.L.I. is real. Filed in 2007, 2008, and on-going. 

3. She (t.r.) has been under testing- investigation for at least 5 years now. 

4. And the best part of it is...she (t.r.)  has been shadowing the wrong people, with her cyber-stalking! And has people "mixed up"....

5. The only thing, both you and (t.r.) have done is "stuck out" while we deposited that T.O.R.T. money into our bank accounts from our recovery from the Federal Civil suit we won against (t.r.) $$$

6. I hope (t.r.) spends the rest of her life having to pay for "reputation defender bloggers" just "like you"...

Gee, like like I struck a nerve with the post. If you don't have valid answers for the questions I asked, it would have been better just to not respond. Because by responding as you did it only makes your complaint seem made up. I mean if nothing else, since you had a "Protective Person's Status" there has to have been at least one police report. But instead of answering the question you try to attack the messenger. That means you have no valid argument.

Looks like they had to hire a professional blogger named (Striderq, Columbia South Carolina) to create fake rebuttals to legitimate reports from tenants and property owners.  It also looks like they have attempted to merge a few fake names to their business addresses to misdirect any subpoenas. The owner frantically googles tenants or landlords names on the search engines continuing her cyber-stalking. She can all the reputation defender and can join all the property management organizations she wants, and hire a publicist  to write her bio all she wants, but she still stinks and the  Real Estate business industry know it.   

Furthermore, you need a life "Mr. Striderq". You spend way too much time, trolling the internet, www or cloud for posting you can rebuttal against.  Your blogs are so fake, you seem to "be an expert" in every blog you write on "every subject" posted. 

You need to move out of your "mother's basement".

First: are you saying that their bank account had anything to do with the bank going into FDIC receivership? That's certainly the way your post comes across. Second: What are the police report numbers where you have reported all of these allegations? And what were the results of the police investigations? Third: You state that you are the ones being cyber-stalked, and yet it seems that you are the one(s) that are here posting personal information to include banking information about them? You may want to take a step back, talk with a lawyer concerning possible violations you have committed and then decide if you want to continue your post. And since I know what the response will be: I am in no way affiliated whith the people you are complaining about. I just decided to read your post and found out it seems to be a case of the pot calling the kettle black.

07088732 Reported Nuisance Complaint: A dog barking in the wind. Report of a female barking dog located at the corner of 17th and N.E. Broadway Street Portland Oregon 97232. This dog answers to the name Tressa and is of the Sheltie breed and is often seen defecating in front of either Speeds Motors or Caf Cadillac, or chasing cars down the road. Our Cyber Stalker is Tressa L. Young, Brandvold, Rossi "owner" of Fox Management Inc, and self professed "Webmaster". "07088732" is not a police report about Howard and Christana Hayes, and they have a letter from the Portland Police Department PROVING it! Once again, if you are the owner of valuable real estate, do you want someone like her managing it? And if you are a tenant, you may want to "Google" your name, and see what she has posted about you too!
