Some time in the first week of March I received a credit card offer via e-mail. When I responded they told me there would be a one time fee of $290.00 to get this card. I approved this transaction and received an order # 1114094. I called back 10 min. later to tell them I had changed my mind. The next day they took there money. I called and spoke to Chelsea Johnson who said she was a supervisor (later I found out she was not) she informed me that I would receive a package to get the card and the money was non refundable. I have yet to receive one call or any thing in the mail from this company. The beauty of this company is when you call the toll number 888-817-6701 and "hold for the next available representative" after you have held for exactly 60 min. it cuts you off. I went through this 6 times on 4/23/03 that's 6 hours. Finally I spoke with Paula operator 001, she needed to transfer me, but I was disconnected. Then after 4 more hours of holding I reached Casey operator 0023, while she was speaking in mid sentence she disconnected. I should add here I have not used one curse word with these people. I am going to my local news channel to do and "On your side report" on this company. I told them they had 3 days to get my money to me before I use the media. I am lucky because I work for a communications company. I beg any one out there please never give any one your bank info. I have learned the hard way. Tracy Nicholasville, Kentucky
