Darren, Be very carefull with this company. If you decide to contact them, do it in writing and nothing else. Take anything verbal as a lie. They are very good at that. As I have said in my other posts, their time is winding down. There will be justice to all and Traid will be running with their tails between their legs. Just please, make sure everything to Triad or concerning Triad is in writing. You'll be thankfull later. Read all the other Traid post, it may be calming to know you do not stand alone as Triad has many, many victims. Good Luck and remember, Everything in writng and don't bother wasting your time calling, it will only bite you in the butt later.
