Triad Financial Corporation ripoff, refuses to hand over my title after car has been paid off, rippof Huntington Beach California
Triad financial is the worst financing company I have ever dealt with.
Not only did I receive harrasing calls time and time again day in and day out, but after getting a payoff quote and making sure that all fee's owed were due, I receive aletter saying that my loan was paid in full.
I quote they're words (congratulations your contract covering your vehicle has been paid in full)
Yet today I receive a bill from them stating that I owe them $242.13 or they will not release my title to me.
I called the company and they say that the loan has not been satisfied. They proceed to tell me that a conversation I had with a rep earlier in the month never took place.
I was told that my car was paid off in full and to stop an additonal payment that I had sent to them, I was also told that I would be receiving a refund. Now i'm being told that it was all a computer error and that the conversation had never taken place.
I have had numerous conversations with them regarding this matter and everytime I am told there is nothing that they can do.
I will not receive my title until I pay them another $242.13 then I'm told that I actually only owe $124.78 I owe them nothing let's sock it to the a**holes please add my name to the class action lawsuit please send me any information that you may need with this case.
