They've done the same thing to me as well with making arrangements and not honoring them except they showed up to take the car. Luckily it was in the garage they couldn't access and I told them they weren't getting it. I have a bad deal and I have one more year of being hounded by them. It has been so traumatic dealing with them, that it's been a real turn off driving the car. I've tried getting agreements in writing, but they've never agreed to it.

I just wanted to let you know that in order to keep your vehicle, you will need to make sure it is in a garage, or someplace unknown. You may have verbal agreements with Triad, but nothing in writing. Make sure your vehicle is not setting out for them to find. It is probably already up for repo. How do I know? I had arrangements about my payments, and the day I was to make the payment, my vehicle was gone. I suggest you ask for your arrangement in writing, and in the mean time, have your vehicle hidden, or in a garage. Don't take it to work or anything. HIDE IT or, it will be gone. Welcome to Triad's victim list. Good Luck, and I hope all finds you well.
