As if the fact that my interest rate was through the roof, and I didn't get a warranty on my 2003 chevy trailblazer wasn't bad enough, Triad Financial authorized my vehicle to be repossessed, and sent to PADE AUTO AUCTION, even after contacting them and saying to not take my vehicle 4 hours away I was on my way with the money to have the vehicle released.

I went to the repossessor's to get my vehicle back and was told that it was just taken 4 hours away to the auction. After I specifically said that I would be there in twenty minutes. I drove all the way out to the auction house and was completely treated like s**t.

i noticed that my vehicle had been mishandled and pointed this out to the auction house which of course denied any misconduct. My vehicle wouldn't hold a charge they told me, they said they had to jump it just to get it started. Right then I knew something was up. I never once had a problem with this vehicle. I drove it out of their lot and onto the highway and had to immediately pull over because the car could not be driven.

I called Triad to have them advise me what to do and no one returned my phone call. 6 hours I sat in York with my three year old daughter. I had to leave the car there, it could not be driven home. They care when they want their money, they will sit and be available all day and night. But when the consumer has a problem they are not to be found. Now absolutely no one will help me with my blown engine in my car. They just want to stick it in my butt. Is this fair???

Now I have a vehicle that I can't drive and can't afford to get fixed. I just want them to take the vehicle off my credit. They advised this auction house to come and get it, why shouldn't they be responsible for keeping my vehicle in good condition. So what, my vehicle would have sold for two thousand bucks because it had a blown motor and I would have been responsible for the balance? That kind of s**t probably always happens. They don't care about the people. That big company can't take responsibilty for what they had done. do they really need to screw me for my petty little $17,000 vehicle??? i guess i need to SUE!!!
