Tribul Merchant Serivces LLC Credit Card Processing Company NYC Tried to stick me AS A MERCHANT with hidden fees and cancellation dates that never existed and threatened to sue us if we cancelled. Complete rip-off in fees and a horror to deal with. If you have a New York, New York
Unbelievable. Did business with these crooks for years and they have been overcharging us, abusive on the phone, a horror to deal with in every way, always siding with consumers and never with the merchant and if that was not enough abuse, when we decided to bring other merchant services companies to the table, tried to lie to us and tell us that we signed a contract with cancellation fees and all other kinds of killer fees and that we were locked in a 3-year term....ALL LIES!!! We crossed everything off of our contract that dealt with that crap in order to protect ourselves and it's a good thing we did. They later told us that they sent updates to their policies which we were susceptible to. MORE LIES!!! Avoid these crooks. I have heard about their "F" rating in the BBB. Not surprised. An "F" makes them overachievers in my book. AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!!
