Wow first a liar then a gangster then a hater..... What else does a professional business man Mr Steve lol would like to call his customers. Well thank you for being a professional business man or boy rather Steve. Yes I took care of the problem I was smart enough to know that tricked out buys there items from a Wholesale tricked out is just a third party for parts. The wholeslae company was nice enough to give me a credit for the mistake plus 50 and a full refund, they acted like a professional business, the problem was taking care of, but then I receive a call from Mr Steve very rude pointing the finger more or less acting like a baby because of the email I wrote. Again, I just can't believe that a PROFESSIONAL BUSINESSMAN would act this way. This is my last blog I don't have time for this imature Joker. I have placed other blogs about this company on yahoo, superstreet, and much others, you can see them all on you top ten when you type tricked out customs, also I made a complaint with the Better Business Bureuo. My friend I think you mess with the wrong consumer, I will make sure people know your rep..... Maybe you should be mr mom and let the wife run you business. BOTTOM LINE CONSUMERS THE BIG BABY OF THE BLOCK IS STEVE AT TRICKED OUT. By the way I love the reveiws on your company now. Also if you call me one more time or email me I will come after you legally watch you words. Remember you have a business, not a kenal of dogs.

STILL WAITING FOR SOME TRUTH FROM BECKER LOOR

#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

Wed, June 25, 2008

I THINKS ITS ABOUT TIME MR BECKER LOOR QUITES WITH HIS FANTASY VERSION OF THIS STORY. BECKER LOOR (RECIEVED A DEFECTIVE PART) HIS ONLY CONTRACT WITH TRICKED OUT WAS A NASTY EMAIL. HE WAS CALLED AND REFUSED TO HAVE THE PART PICKED UP AND REFUNDED FOR THE DEFECTIVE PART. HE DID GO TO THE MANUFACTURE YANASHIKI(THAT IS LOCATED VERY CLOSE TO THE HONDA DEALER). MY REP THERE GAVE HIM A REFUND FOR THE DEFECTIVE PART AND CREDIT FOR THE CHARGES AT THE HONDA DEALER. (NO REFUSING MY HELP DOES NOT EQUAL BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. (THERE ARE NO EXCUSES FOR THE PART BEING DEFECTIVE THAT IS WHY THE MANUFACTURE TOOK CARE OF IT-THE EXACT SAME WAY TRICKED OUT WAS GOING TO DO-BUT WE WOULD HAVE SENT A CALL TAG FOR THE PART. SO TO CONTINUE TO BAD MOUTH MY BUSINESS AND IS UNJUST. (AND FOR THE RECORD-BECKER LOOR WAS OUT OF CONTROL WHEN HE WAS CONTRACTED TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM-AND STATED HE WAS A GANSTER AND WAS GOING TO KILL ME AND MY MOTHER). COME ON IS THIS GUY FOR REAL. I DID INFACT HANG UP THE PHONE ON HIM AFTER THAT IDLE THREAT. I PROCEDED TO SEND HIM AN EMAIL BACK SINCE HE WOULD NOT SPEAK LIKE A HUMAN. THE EMAIL STATED I WILL CORRECT THE PROBLEM AND GIVE HIM A REFUND EVEN AFTER HE THREATENED ME FOR NO REASON. SO FOR A QUICK RECAP. MR BECKER LOOR HAS BEEN REFUNDED FOR THE DEFECTIVE PART AND FOR THE LABOR THAT THE HONDA DEALER CHARGED HIM FOR TRYING TO INSTALL THE DEFECTIVE PART(MY REP AT YANA SHIKI CALL AND I APPROVED THE THIS SINCE BECKER DID NOT WANT TO SPEAK TO ME. IT SEEMS THAT MR BECKER LOOR KEEPS STATING NEGATIVE THINGS ON MY BUSINESS WHEN ALL WE TRIED TO DO IS CORRECT THE PROBLEM (IS SOUNDS TO ME LIKE HE IS JUST A HATER AND WANTS TO BLAM SOMEONE) AT THAT ITS TIME TO MOVE ON. ITS GOOD BUSINESS AS USUAL AT TRICKED OUT CUSTOMER CYCLES (1 PERSON WITH A BAD ATTITUDE-BECKER LOOR) SHOULD NOT BE LISTENED TO-GIVE US A TRY FOR YOURSELF AND YOU WILL SEE HOW PROFESSIONAL WE ARE.

I'm not saying the mechanic should work for free. The OP stated the dealership charged him $100 for not installing the part. If there's no work done there should be no fee charged.

"you should also be upset with the dealer that charged you $100 for doing nothing." The Honda shop did the work. They found out the aftermarket stand would not fit AFTER attempting to install it. That meant the original unit had to be reinstalled. That takes time, and it is not FREE. WHY does everyone expect the mechanic to work for FREE?

that wasn't that hard was it. Thank you for the information. Although why they charged in the first place is kind of strange. if your report is correct then you do indeed have a valid complaint about Tricked Out. But you're wrong about 'the customer always being right'.

Well to finally answer your question honda refunded me. It was more the time on the internet, getting a part labed kickstand cbr1000, paying for the item, then going to honda an of course they would install it if its labed cbr1000 kickstand, time at the dealership, then being a bit disappointed, I tried to contact them no answer, then emailed them, to get a rude call from Mr Steve K. This so called business man is a name calling rude can not comunicate. Bottom line this guys head is getting to big, there are a dozan more custom shops out there stay away from Tricked Out Customs Cycles. We consumers not gangsters or liars Mr Kheler, The customer is always right learn good customer service, people you can see who is the wanna be gangster in this situation.

I am not an employee of Tricked Out. I had never heard of them until reading your post. But I notice you still seem to be evading the question? From reading your post, if this is indeed what happened, then yes you do have a reason to be upset with them. HOWEVER, you should also be upset with the dealer that charged you $100 for doing nothing. Or are you pnly upset when a company takes $150 or more for nothing? Just asking but you don't seem to be answering.

STEVE KEHLER SELLING PARTS THAT DO NOT FIT!!!! BUYERS BEWARE! TRICKED OUT IS TRICKY!

I don't get what tricked out dosen't understand?????? I knew exactly what I wanted. I simply wanted a KICKSTAND TO FIT MY CBR 1000!! They advertised that that they have such a product and when I tried to install it at Honda, not only did my bike lean so far over that it almost tipped but it was also sutting the engine off when I tried to ride!!! So I don't understand?????? How did I not do my part as a consumer???? Tricked out is sooooo defensive and trying to come up with excuses as to why I AM SO WRONG INSTEAD OF JUST PROVIDING GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I tried to call their company that day and no answer so hence I wrote an email. Why does it matter if I wrote an email or called???? I did my part and to top it all off I was contacted with a MAJOR ATTITUDE IN REGARDS TO MY EMAIL. I GUESS THE MINIMAL PUBLICITY THAT TRICKED OUT MAY BE GETTING THESE DAYS IS GOING TO THEIR HEADS AND THEY THINK THEY CAN HAVE ATTITUDE WITH THEIR CONSUMERS AND EXPECT THE CONSUMERS TO BE NICE....WHAT A JOKE!!!! GOOD LUCK SELLING PARTS THAT DON'T FIT AND I'M SURE OTHER CUSTOMERS WILL BE AS DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED AS I AM...AND PLEASE STOP POINTING THE FINGER AT HONDA....ALL OF THIS IS QUITE SIMPLE...YOU SOLD A PART THAT WAS LABLED FOR CBR 1000 AND IT DID NOT FIT..(sorry for the repetition... it seems like tricked out may not be comprehending too well...)

Becker Loor (lying about TRICKED OUT)

#11REBUTTAL Owner of company

Fri, June 20, 2008

this is the owner of Tricked Out Custom Cycles responding to this false report. for starts yes mister BECKER LOOR (who is even using a wrong name-as anthony cooper) to tell his lies. he did purchase a kickstand for the honda cbr 1000. the kickstand is made by yana shiki- and from what he is saying the part was some how defective and did not fit his bike). a simple phone call to my company is all that would be needed to correct the problem-this person never called me and told me he was having a problem with the kickstand. if he would of called and stated that the part did not fit my company policy is to send a call tag for the part. inspect the part and then replace or refund the customer the money. if they there is an additional fee from labor for installation we could contact the manufacture of the part and state the situation to them for a refund.(Tricked Out Custom Cycles did not make the part in question (but as the seller of the part we will do every thing to correct a problem. We were notified by Mr Becker Loor from Cooper City Fl.) about the problem by email when we contacted him to send a call tag and start the return policy he verbally abused my staff and refused to be refunded for the problem (it sounds like the honda dealer who really ripped him off for doing no work) a kickstand installation takes about 5 minutes tops to perform). Mr Becker Loor even threatend the owner with violence over the kickstand. Here at Tricked Out Custom Cycles we run a respectable business and stand behind the parts we sell. Mr Becker Loor needs to Stop Acting Like a Gangster and Grow up.

you say the Honda dealer charged you for an installation they couldn't do. So again, where's the complaint on them? Or is it you just want to whine about Tricked Out? If your OP is completely true in all aspects, then you should be as upset at the dealership charging you for the installation when nothing was installed.

and the consumer should do research as well to make sure their buying what they need. If I go to the store with one particular item in mind and let the salesperson change my mind, that's on me. If I'm looking for something for my vehicle, part of the resonsibilty of making sure the part I buy fits my vehicle lies with me. But again, where's the complaint about the Honda Dealer???

#18REBUTTAL Individual responds

The solution is that the seller needs to do some research before selling an item like this to a consumer, to be frank a 200 dollar kick stand installation time wasted = BAD COMPANY, so there are others out there like OPP racing, now I know they do legit business, plus professinal as well, the owner of Tricked Out Custom, STEVE.... Is selling parts that do not fit on motorcycles, then calls an threateds his customer an ask for an explaination on why they are upset when the customer stated in an email what happen to him, the customer went to the source where Tricked Out Customes Get there supplies In FortLauderdale, they gave the customer a full refund + 50 dollars no question asked.....Maybe someone should teach Steve some manners and customer service, man i can't belive this joker.... Beware All Buyers
