I was going to do a refinancing with these crooks.it wasn't until the closing i saw the inflated charges they tried to hit me with and half of the promises they made was not included in the contract.

It was only when i decided not to sign the deal they refused to return the appraisal I paid for so I could go to another company that made a better offer.Below is just a few of the e-mails we exchanged.

Brian wrote: I Understand what you are trying to do . I will not release the appraisal to another company . You are having someone waste your time.

There is only one investor willing to make the exception to even write this loan for you and they are contracted by our company. You must understand the difficulty you are up against. You have only a short time in the home which means 99% of lenders will only write you a loan based on the purchase price.

We got you approved with the full value of our highly respected appraisers value, Which no company will beat!

First of all I was able to get a loan through a decent company.It paid off my car,credit cards and even take care of some home improvements...as a matter of fact i'm taking the mrs to Paris with the leftovers.There is no Charlie Caso he is a gay little alter ego of brian Dane(Loan MGR).If you call trimark and try to find him on their locate by name directory there is no listing for him.If you notice on the e-mail below you will see the e-mail supposedly sent from charlie was actually sent from Brian danes e-mail.I have no reason to lie.God has blessed me and will condem trimark

My name is Charlie Caso and i'm the customer service manager at Trimark Funding.I saw how the loan officer brian dane was trying to bully this customer into signing this ridiculous contract.i'm glad he had the presence of mind to pull out of the deal when he did.i'm no longer with the company so i can speak freely on this matter amongst many other that didn't go so we'll for other unsuspecting customers.Do yourself a favor and avoid this company totally.You would be better off having your house foreclosed on than signiong your life away to these vultures.they prey on the poor and unsuspecting and I'm disgusted to have ever been associated with them.

Complaint Description I applied to do a refinancing. The terms of the contract were inflated and not a pratical business proposition for me. the offer was rejected and i was bombarded with e-mails and phone calls advising i would not be able to get financing through any other party and I needed to sign this contract.I then was told that the appraisal which i paid for would not be released to me or any other mortgage company and he refused to give me a copy. SAMPLE OF THE E-MAILS RECEIVED: From: "Brian Dane" Loan credit on New Hud (trimark funding) Date: Fri, 14 Apr 2006 12:51:07 -0700 HTML Attachment [ Download File | Save to Yahoo! Briefcase ] I Understand what you are trying to do . I will not release the appraisal to another company . You are having Customer's Desired Settlement I want the appraisal which i paid for and i want the mgr Brian Dane fired. I'm also filing charges with the dept of real estate in california. Company's Response We have released the appraisal to Mr. Clixxx. Customer's Rebuttal The appraisal was never received by me and I doubt it was ever sent. i was told many times it was sent as you can see in the e-mails. this is just another lie on their part. I was told not to call back or i would be charged with harrasment so i could not even call to check the status. these people are a disgrace to the profession.I even sent a e-mail to the president mark reynolds who didn't have the common decency to reply. the loan officer brian dayne must really be a top earner to risk the reputation of his company for that jerk. Company's Final Response I will personally send Mr. Clixxx his appraisal tomorrow. (Again) Overnight with a tracking number. We have emails from Mr. Clixxx personally attacking Mr. Dane. As you can see from his complaint MR. Clixxx lives in VA. Not Ca. So I question his reliability on this issue. And Yes Mr. Dane has 50-1 praises verses complaints.

First if you paid for your appraisal, by law you are gaurenteed a copy of the appraisal and any other documents used to underwrite the loan. But just so you know if you give that appraisal to another lender they won't accept the appraisal. Your original appraisal was ordered by Trimark, it belongs to them. If you have the original appraisal it will help your new loan officer structure a loan for you, but you will still have to get another appraisal. All the other nonsense in Brian's emails are lies. You can find hundreds of other lenders that will close a loan for you. You did the smart thing and walked away from a bad deal and a bad loan officer.
