Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I purchased my car from them in September of 2012 and everything seemed ok, but when we signed the paperwork for the car and made the partial down payment we drove off in our new car and I have to say it was very nice to have a company bend over backwards to help you.  When we went back the next week to pay more on the down payment they had me redo my paperwork, I should have know something was up, I did and made my down payment and drove off thinking I was finished and everything was ok.

Now there customer service manager (christina) is calling me yelling at my husband about why we haven't been in to make our next payment.  I tried to call the finance person, Tom, and never got a response back I assumed that he looked at the paperwork and corrected the mistake and just didn't want to bother me, NOT.  We then get another very rude call from christina, so I called my dealer.  He told me he didn't know about any additional down payment and he would have tom call me and as you know I never got a call, so once again i figured it was taken care of.

and today I get another call from christina and I can't get ahold of anyone else.  I have tried to talk to christina but she very quickly cut me off and told me i didn't know what i was talking about and that she has the paperwork to prove it, I went ahead and tried to tell her what all the paperwork was and what I was told when I was signing it and she again told me that i didn't know what I was talking about.  she then proceeded to tell me that she was going to get the money and how much of a low life i was and she didn't care about nothing else.

DO NOT deal with these people, you don't think about it until it's too late but DON'T.  they harass and belittle you and even have you lie to the bank.....Now I may lose my car that I have been making payments on because they wanted extra money and scammed me out of it and killed my credit in the process

desperation for a car to start a new job that would better take care of my family.  I am not surprised that they would take advantage of that but I don't want anyone else to fall the the same " I am going to make sure that we get you in a car and help you as much as I can" as I did.  I did not file this for pity of my situation. I made my bed and not I have to lie in it, but maybe this can help someone else in the same situation.  Other than the interest rate and the payment everything else was the same, including the date.

they harass and belittle you and even have you lie to the bank.
-  What caliber gun did they use to force you to lie to the bank?    Or do you make it a habit of falsifying documents to a bank because you think that "everyone" does it?

So why are you even surprised about the ethics of a dealer that would suggest this, and what does this say about your ethics for going along with it?

It's too bad you didn't read the redone paperwork before signing it...

but, how did they kill your credit in the process?

They are a sub prime (deadbeat) lender.

Sounds like they may have Ripped you off....with your help.
