Trinity Roofing Jason Starr should his employees before partying and clubbing...not to mention his homeowners!! Mission, Kansas
I am a former employee of Trinity Roofing and was terminated due to "inappropriate conversation" in the office.
As a former canvasser, the pay was great when we first started then all of a sudden they took away the $25 for closes (signing of the contract) sayingwe couldnt get paid for the close until the company collected a check from the homeowner.
I, as a canvasser, shouldnt have to worry about whether or not that check was collected from the homeowner. Being persistent in asking if the check had been picked up was much to my avail...never got a straight answer. Seemed to me that Trinity was trying to avoid paying the closes..a mere $25??? Come on!!! On the roofs that you do actually do put on, I know you make enough profit that you can afford to pay the canvassers what is due to them.
My daddy was a roofer and never had the issues that this company makes their employees endure. You are doing something very wrong, financially...
Maybe you should rethink going on vacations and going to strip clubs.
People in the company wouldnt know all this information if you and other co-workers wouldnt brag about what they do with you, the owner, on their off time. If you have enough money to party, you should be paying your employees first!!!
Not to mention taking care of your homeowners!!!
If it werent for the canvassers, you, Jason, wouldnt make any money unless u are knockin on doors yourself and somehow I dont see that happening!!

I have not have any problems with this company as for as paying me and such. Jason has been up front with his employees and honest with us. I will continue to canvass for this company because I know that this company is legit!!!!!!!

I am a canvasser for trinity roofing and this is a false report, i have been paid all the money i was owed by trinity roofing. Jason is a good owner and he respects all of his employees and would never try to get over us in any way.

this is a false report, i am a canvasser for trinity roofing and i am payed what im owed. this is not what i see going on at trinity, and i see that jason really cares about his employees and would never try to get over on me in any way

We are not people who go clubbing or don't pay our employees. The fact is we hired con artist who stole from us they took our customer insurance checks and put them in their own bank accounts and still want to get paid for their work. We are filing charges against Daniel Engler who currently has warrents for his arrest in Colorado for fraud Daniel Engler and his family runs a very good scam and unfortunately we have not only been scammed for a ton of money they are now trying to hurt our reputation.
