Complaint Review: Triple 7 Movers - Las Vegas Nevada

I think the guy that filed this complaint is a scam artist. I used triple7movers recently and had no problems. I didn't get scammed out of my money. I have no complaints.

These guys are the sleeziest group you will ever meet-I will be filing a law suit in the near future-Bait and Switch-Liars Liars Liars-pleae do not use this company-I had the sheriff at my home when I was paying these guys as evidence of their over charge-

I found this company to act honestly and dependably during each of my interactions with them.  When I was actually ripped off by another moving company, Triple 7 offered me excellent advice with regards to my rights and options to get my money back from the other company.  I couldn't believe how helpful they were, taking extra time out to help me, even after my move was complete.

I am an X employee of Move 4 Less. While eating lunch one day, I overheard Avi and Effi talking about how they were using rip off reports to get at other business. When my lunch was done, I went into the dispatch office to ask Monty a question and saw Avi and Effi at the computer on ripoffreports.com. I also saw a short list in frount of them with triple 7 movers crossed off. Latter that day, Avi and Rina showed me what they found on different moving companies on the same web site. I also noticed that they all had same posted date. A few weeks latter, I asked Effi about the posting, pretending that I already knew all about it, and he smiled and told me that it was his idea. Let the truth be told while Avi is being nice to you face to face, he is a backstabber and is out to screw you. I know as fact that Avi and Effi at Move 4 Less posted this, and now you know it too. Also J is a Hebrew word and C is Cohen. Effi told me that too. I dont remember the J word I dont speak Hebrew.

I shall first begin by expressing my regrets that you are abusing the Ripoff Report web site and use it to throw garbage on companies and people. That is a shame since I believe this site was built to improve customer service and not to become a tabloid. It is pity the site manager lets you go on and on without asking you to come forward and be precise with your complaints. 1. My first response gave the public full open information on Triple 7 Movers, published where the facts can be checked, and also pointed you out as a competitor company and not as a costumer. 2. On my second response you were asked to follow the regulation and identify yourself. You haven't done it and now you claim that you are afraid. I wonder: why didn't you go to the Police, why didn't you press charges? Why didn't you go to the authorities? The answer to me is simple: you are lying! You have two options to be in business: to be better than us or to scare our innocent customers. You obviously choose the second option. It is not Oscar that ripped me off, your company did!!! I am willing to talk to your potential customers to save them from your scam, however I am afraid of you and your ex-con movers. I was threatened and insulted by your crew (foreman told me that he does not care and will not unload until I pay and that he is going through the same thing on every single move)

I do respect the public right to know. I think it is important for any Democracy. On the other hand, it is so unfair to attack a respectful company without identifying yourself, so that the company can't have the ability to examine the complain and response accordingly. Now to the facts: 1. Triple7Movers is a business, operating as D.B.A of Shaul Marketing Inc. The company begun working on 1.17.07 and is active and paying taxes since then. My corporation Number: E0029602007-6,and it can be verified at the Secretary Of State of the state of Nevada at phone number 775-684-5708. As you know it is in public records. Your statement that we are in business less than a month does not fit the reality. 2. We have checked our records of hundreds of satisfied customers' files and did not find a customer whose abbreviations are J.C. 3. If you are our customer, why are you hiding? how can we check your case? 4. By the law, your signature of acceptance is required. So, therefore if what you are claiming is true, why did you sign the contract and authorized the working team to do the job?why didn't you cancel the job right on the spot??? To sum this all up- we will be glad to prove to the public all the facts on your case without revealing your identification, (even though it is not fair-since you exposed all my details!) and prove that your complaint is a false. I commit to it!!! Since I have done everything in my power to find your move file in my records, and I have NO client under the name of JC, if you chose to stay anonymous, you must provide some sort of proof that what you say happened, did. A copy of your contract- either first estimate or final quote, will do.
