TRIstezas.com TRIstezas, Helen T. Armstrong - Customer Service Ripoff! Never received products! Internet
I checked the internet thinking "this store is too good to be true" but I couldn't find any bad reviews for TRIstezas.com just other people asking the same questions I was. So, I placed an order.
Like the other reviewers here, I was told to go to Amazon and pay for a Playstation card. Seemed a little fishy but I had a direct email to a Helen T. Armstrong - supposedly in the Customer Service department - and I felt a little more comfortable about the purchase.
Then I received an email saying my order had shipped and would be delivered on Dec. 2-3, 2013. The 3rd came and went...still no package. I tried sending an email to "Helen" to find out the tracking number but I recieved no response. Then I tried the main email and it was returned as "rejected by organization"! Now all emails to TRIstezas are returned as undeliverable.
I am sitting here now $50 poorer but a whole lot smarter when it comes to www.TRIstezas.com. It is a total scam! Do Not Make The Same Mistake!
