Tropical Motor Sales Nick Critelli faulty Vehicle, Rip Off, Scam Artist Cocoa Florida
Do not buy a car here. I just bought a vehicle from them seemed fine until I was on my home when all the gauges stopped working, speedometer, Odometer, mileage isnt even accurate. If only that was the worst of it... The engine started knocking on DAY TWO!!! Have a 90 day limited warranty for 50% of repairs, they will not return my calls, secretary told me its not their concern right now... thats how they treat their customers!! Bad business etiquette, poor quality service, very unprofessional. Believe it I will be going back up to their office since that i sthe only way to even speak to someone and it wont be pretty. Also the "mechanic" that was there is not very smart or knowledgable, had no explanation to what was wrong with the vehicle at all... took it to three certified mechanics and all said it basically needs a new engine, cost anywhere from $1200 used to $3500 new... COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!! DONT WASTE YOURS!!!! BEWARE!!!
