I wish he would contact us on our roof, sadly that is not the case here, he installed roof in 2016 and it leaks. Insurance will not cover because its considered a new rooof and installer is responsible but Troy Shurford will not return our calls.
I have 7000.00 in damages because of his low quality of work.

Roll over I was completely rude, & over judgmental in the way I had spoken about this mans business. it turns out I was wrong infact he was not responding to my calls about anything at all. I grew Angry & posted what I had sd because other contractors had done the same before. I received a phone call From Troy a week or so later & he had been in a car accident. He had lost mobility and was on medications for a while so he could not call me. He in return for them mishap cut me a check for well over what I had originally needed him to finish. He is still my handy man & my permanent life long freind now because of this. This man works very hard infact to please his customers. I had misjudged. As for the background he has made up for something he really had no control over& has proven his loyalty. I trust him. Never judge a book by it's cover. *
