Troy Lair, Compliance Doctor, LLC rip off and fraud, Internet
This person is going around medical office and makes many promises. He apparently helps in accreditation of surgery centers. He collects the money up front but did not follow on any of his promises. His fee's are from 10 to 50K but he will negotiates. Once he gets the money, he will not followup. We got frustrated and followed up on the task, when we found out that he did not filled any of the applications that he was suppose to. The story is redundant with other facilities but most of the offices are too busy to pursue legal action as they all know that his checks are bouncing. He usually has one employee but that changes every few weeks as his checks bounce and he does not pay his employees either.
