I called Troy's Florist on August 06 for funeral flowers. I looked up the zip code to the funeral home in search of a florist in the area. After a half hour on the phone with all of the details, being put on hold, given the amount including tax and giving my credit card with a guaranteed delivery of August 8, this was one last detail to attend to.
The flowers were not there. I called them and they said they showed no order. I called and asked for the owners name. They would not give it to me.
They also said maybe I ordered them somewhere else. If I had, they would have been there, right? Needless to say, I have sent out an alert to all employees in our company to BEWARE of Troy's Florist in Venice.
In the meantime, I alerted Discover Card in case they see any charges on my card from them. What an unhappy experience that I will never forget. Beware of Troy's Florist. The girls were nasty and very unhelpful. I still would like the owners name.
