On May 1, 2014 I ordered several cell phone accessories from a company called True Accessory. I have to be honest their prices seemed to good to be true. But I ordered anyway. I received an email on May 9, 2014 stating my package had been shipped. Looked very convincing. It even had a trcking number so I could track it along the way. However when I went to the USPS website to track it it simply said "Delivery status not updated. I went back the next day and it said the same thing. I checked it every day three or four times each day and each time it said the same thing. On May 28, 2014 I sent an email to enquire about the status of my package. I NEVER received a reply to that email!

On June 16, 2014 I sent another email. I did receive a reply this time. It said my package had been returned (Return to Sender) to the company. It also said True Accessory would be resending the package, but I needed to make sure someone would be home to receive the package so there would be no more incidents of this nature in the future. Listen people, if it comes USPS no one has to be home. It is now June 24 and I have yet to received my package. Always go with your gut feeling, because nine out of ten times it is right on the money. I have learned a valuable lesson from this experience. Always, always, always do research on the company before placing an order. This is not the first complaint to be filed against this company. I feel the package was never shipped to start with.
