As with a customer of thiers in April, If I could give a rating to True Price Transport of “ZERO” I definitely would. I scheduled with them and provided a deposit more than 1 month in advance of the pickup and even received a quality control survey call from them checking was everything handled courteously.
As the month went on through email and calls Carlos promised everything was in order and he had several drivers interested in the job. He assured me on the delivery on a certain date. Several days before the delivery I had not heard from them and contacted Carlos who assured me everything was on track and not to worry. Then 2 days before the pickup I have to call them again only to hear they still do not have a driver.
This left only 1 day before the boat had to be picked up. This caused more expense with the marina in terms of haul out and reschedule. The absurdity is this is not mine (the customer’s) fault and I still have to forfeit $300 of the deposit (easy way for them to make money for doing nothing). Ultimately as a service company they couldn't deliver as promised. Again, as with the April customer - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Definitely a RIP OFF!!! To this date I have still not received my deposit, even after numerous calls...
